Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter. The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 05.01.2024 notices were issued to the appellants as well as the respondents.

As per the Office report, appellants No.1 and 6 stand duly served. Appellant No.2 is stated to have died. Appellants No.3, 4 and 5 are stated to have been served through their mothers. Respondents also stand duly served. However, no one has appeared on behalf of appellants No.1 and 3 to 6 despite service. Even the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.2 have not come forward to get themselves impleaded as parties. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
