On asking of the Court, Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, D.A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that this petition can be disposed of in the light of order dated 20.01.2023 passed in CWP No.30323 of 2022 titled 'Naresh vs. State of Haryana and others'.

This writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as passed in CWP No.30323 of 2022 and CWP No.17719 of 2022.
