Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 17.01.2026 passed by the trial Court whereby application filed by the petitioners-defendant Nos.2 and 3 under Section 33 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 read with Section 151 CPC has been dismissed. 2.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the main suit as well as counter claim have been decided vide judgment and decree dated 30.03.2026 passed by the trial Court and thus, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. 3.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the same in case any cause survives.
