1. This is a writ petition praying, inter alia, for quashing the pre-sale notice dated 6th March, 2020 issued by the Respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondent informs the Court that the auction notice challenged in the present petition has been rendered stale as the Respondent has issued a fresh auction notice. As regards the proposal of the Petitioner, it appears that the amount being offered is less than the principal amount of Rs. 1,66,00,000/- and therefore, the Respondent is not in a position to process any such proposal.

3. It appears that the writ petition qua the pre-sale notice annexed as Annexure P-2, has been rendered infructuous in view of subsequent auction PANKAJ BAWEJA 2020.07.20 05:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High court, chandigarh

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. It will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law if aggrieved by the subsequent auction notice.
