*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners is that their land was acquired as per notification issued by the State Government. The petitioners were entitled for allotment of residential plots but the same have not been given to them. As per policy, the oustees are entitled for allotment of plot. The petitioners also made a representation but no action has been taken so far. With the similar grievance, a person, namely, Jagan Singh filed CWP No.13339 of 2017 before this Court and the same was disposed of vide order dated 02.06.2017 with a direction to the respondent-authority to take final decision to consider the claim of the petitioner for allotment of plot, in case, there is no legal impediment. Case of the petitioners is also on equal footing.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the legal notice dated 15.12.2018 (Annexure P-28) and take necessary action in accordance with law/policy and also the decision taken in above said case, stated to be similarly situated.
