H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect the life of the petitioner and not to harass him at the instance of respondents No. 4 to 9.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to SSP (Rural), Jalandhar, to look into the grievance of the petitioner as narrated in his representation Annexure P-7 and to take suitable action in the matter, if the circumstances so warrant, within two months from today.
