The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to grant minimum pay scale to the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners are working as seasonal daily wage helpers in the respondent-Board. Learned counsel submits that the claim made by similarly circumstanced employees working in the respondent-Board had approached this Court by filing CWP-23151-2015 and CWP-710-2016, which were disposed of on 20.03.2024, Annexure P-3 to decide the claim and pursuant whereof, necessary benefits have been granted to the said petitioners vide order dated 10.09.2024, Annexure P-5. In this regard, representations dated 18.12.2024 and 15.01.2025, Annexures P-6 and P-7 respectively, have been submitted, however, the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. R.S. Kalra, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the MOHIT 2025.03.19 18:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-7477-2025 (O&M) -2case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 18.12.2024 and 15.01.2025, taking note of the afore-referred judgments, within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
