Vide order dated 11.03.2024 notices were issued to the appellants. As per the office report, appellant No.1 is stated to have left the given address. Appellant No.2 is stated to have died. This is the only address of appellant No.1 which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant No.2 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
