H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Similar was the position on the last date of hearing. Vide order dated 16.12.2016, the petitioner was directed to place on file the documents with regard to the quashing of the PO order and the petitioner having joined the investigation. But till date, the needful has not been done. The interim order granted by this Court on 5.11.2015 has been vacated. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in further prosecution of the petition. The same stands dismissed for nonprosecution. ( H.S.
