Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.380 dated 24.09.2018 registered under Sections 420, 406, 201, 120-B IPC at Police Station Faridabad Old, District Faridabad and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 06.03.2025 arrived at between the parties.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even on the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that neither the petitioners nor their counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
