The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 05.01.2024 notices were issued to the appellant as well as the respondents. As per the Office report the sole appellant is stated to have been died. Respondent No.1 is also stated to have died. Respondent No.2 stands served through its Manager. No one has appeared either on behalf of the appellant or on behalf of his legal representatives.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
