The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Vide order dated 05.01.2024 notices were issued to the appellants. As per office report, appellants are stated to have died. None has come forward on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellants to pursue the present appeal.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
