The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS/482 of Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to decide the representation dated 12.01.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 12.01.2026 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
