The same has been received back unserved as there is incomplete address of appellant No. 1 and appellant No. 2 Firm has been closed for the last 15-20 years. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
