(ORAL) Though the petitioner has applied for the grant of parole but the petition does not disclose the fact that he had earlier approached this Court vide CRWP-745-2022 titled as Ravi Kumar vs. State of Haryana and others, which was disposed of on 28.01.2022 wherein direction had been issued to consider his release on furnishing personal bond for the purpose of furlough. The necessary averment in the petition has not been made regarding this fact. Therefore, we are of the considered opinion that solely on account of keeping back the relevant facts, this petition is not liable to be entertained. Same is, accordingly, dismissed. Liberty is, however, given to file fresh petition by incorporating the necessary details.
