The present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 16.02.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind, whereby, a charge under Section 306 IPC has been framed against the petitioner.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail his appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
