 !"#  $ Allegations against the petitioner Navdeep in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.203 dated 29.09.2014 registered at Police Station Uklana, District Hissar under Sections 307/332/353/186/148/149/427 IPC and Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, are that on 29.09.2014 he along with his co: accused were going in a car which hit the police vehicle when it tried to chase them and they fired in the air.

Contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is a non:injury case and that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is no specific role attributed to him in commission of offence.    Though the bail application is stoutly opposed by learned State counsel submitting that a .314 country:made pistol along with two live cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner, however, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2014 and culpability, if any, shall be determined at the time of trial together with the fact that the investigation/trial will take a long time to conclude, this Court without going into the merits of the case, is of the opinion that no useful purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner behind bars in the present case. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of trial Court. The present petition stands disposed off accordingly. #  !$   %&%'("
