RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.141 dated 22.09.2010 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda, on the basis of compromise dated 10.04.2012 (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to the order dated 28.07.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 10.08.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bathinda, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.400 dated 17.08.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Bathinda vide Endst. No.1186 dated 18.08.2017.

According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is genuine, voluntary, and without any fear, coercion or undue influence.
