SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.432 dated 24.12.2019, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 307 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jitender Singh Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
