CRM-M-27212-2015 (O&M) -2Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, Police Station, Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur, submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued vide order, dated 24.08.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation. However, the names of the co-accused were not disclosed by him. He further submits that as per direction of Senior Superintendent of Police, Section 452 IPC has not been deleted.

Learned counsel for the informant-complainant has opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the premise that the Investigating Agency has failed to recover the weapons used for causing injuries to the aggrieved persons. The petitioner has joined the investigation. On the ground that petitioner has failed to disclose the names of his coaccused, the bail cannot be declined on this sole score. Other factors are in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, interim directions issued vide order dated 24.08.2015 are made absolute. Petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
