**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 34 dated 25.5.2015 under Sections 498-A/406/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Jalandhar.

Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Kulwant Kaur, submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for the purpose of any further investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present case, being a matrimonial dispute, has been amicably settled through the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
