(Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Mohinder Pal, submits that the petitioners have since joined the investigation though on behalf of the complainant, the bail application is opposed. Keeping in view the stand of the State and that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and the only grievous injury is on the non-vital part, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 16.8.2016 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
