The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Case has been called twice since morning. However, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Further, there is no compliance of the order dated 14.05.2024 passed by this Court. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
