Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.18, dated 09.01.2015, under Sections 186, 332, 353, 307, 427, 379, 411, 279, 336 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari. Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2015. Co-accused of the petitioner were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.07.2015, Annexure P-2.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rewari. August 24, 2015 (SABINA) kapil JUDGE
