JMIC, Ludhiana affirmed by the Court of Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Ludhiana whereby an application filed under Section 319 CrPC at the instance of petitioner has been dismissed.

Having argued for some, learned counsel for petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to avail his remedies against respondents No.2 and 3 in accordance with law. 3.
