Learned State counsel submits that compliance of order dated 25.05.2017 passed in CWP-10647-2017 has been made. In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to petitioner to seek revival of instant petition if any claim of the petitioner remains unsatisfied and also to avail other legal remedies available to him in accordance with law.
