(Oral) Present petition has been moved under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and save the petitioners from the undue harassment and humiliation from the hands of respondents No.3 to 5. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that representation dated 6.4.2022 (Annexure P-3) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 & 2 at this stage. Ms. Harpreet Kaur, AAG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 & 2.
