**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 21 dated 3.7.2016, registered under Sections 354-A IPC read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Dorangala, Tehsil and District Gurdapur.
Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 5.9.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Counsel for the complainant states that two other FIRs are against the petitioner.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 5.9.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the rider that the petitioner will not contact the complainant or tamper with evidence.
