Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on 04.10.2023 the parties had appeared in person and they were also heard individually and thereafter it has been observed in the order that the petitioner does not claim maintenance pendente lite and accordingly the respondent was directed to pay the litigation expenses. The learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that no such statement was ever made by the petitioner and that her application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was pending for grant of maintenance pendente lite. The learned counsel for the petitioner has candidly admitted that no application has been filed for modification/clarification of the order dated 04.10.2023 bringing to the notice of the Court that a wrong observation had been made.
