(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Jugraj Singh in case arising from FIR No.204 dated 05.12.2013 under Sections 21/61/85 NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Kamboh, District Amritsar. On instructions from ASI Mahavir Singh, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has been held guilty and stands convicted vide judgment of conviction dated 01.08.2017. Therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous.
