IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH
CRM-M-27271-2015 Date of decision: 19.08.2015 Gurvail Singh ..... Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab and others ..... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.P. NAGRATH PRESENT: Ms. Himani Kapila, Advocate for the petitioner. R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and to restrain private respondents No. 5 to 13 from harassing the petitioner by filing false and frivolous complainants against the petitioner and his family members. The petitioner has not filed any representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, concerned or the Director General of Police, Punjab, for redressal of his grievance.
In the absence of such a recourse, I do not find any basis for showing indulgence in the matter.
The instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation to the competent authorities. August 19, 2015 ( R.P. NAGRATH ) rishu JUDGE RISHU KATARIA 2015.08.19 17:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
