***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) In pursuance of order dated September 08, 2017, records of trial court in original have been produced. Learned State counsel submits that out of 12 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 04 have been examined and the next date of hearing before the trial court is 20.01.2018. He further submits that prosecution shall endeavour to conclude its evidence at the earliest. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn. However, fresh right shall accrue to the petitioner to seek bail in case trial does not conclude within a period of 03 months.
