The FIR in the present case has been registered on the basis of application given by Bharpur Singh against the present petitioner. As per the allegations against the petitioner, he took `32 lakhs from the complainant for giving the same to a Judge of this Court for getting decision in his favour in Regular Second Appeal, whereas the RSA was decided against the complainant.
