(Oral) The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are seeking directions to the official respondents to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.5 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the petitioner No.1 has filed a representation dated 19.03.2023 seeking protection of her life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.5 to 8. The petitioner No.1 is apprehending that her-in-laws i.e. respondents No.5 to 8 may cause injury to her. The apprehension of the petitioner is supported by photographs enclosed as Annexure P-1. Notice of motion.
