This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.02 dated 06.01.2016 under Sections 406/498-A/109 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Bathinda, on merits.

Since the instant FIR stands quashed on the basis of compromise vide judgment dated 16.02.2023 passed in CRM-M-356922022, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
