By way of the present petition filed under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, petitioner has approached this Court for appointment of an Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties. 2.

When confronted with the pre-condition mentioned in Arbitration Clause 25-A (i), counsel for the petitioner has sought and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh after exhausting the prereference mechanism as provided therein. 3.
