M/s Jagraon Multi Metals .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Manish Jain,Advocate for the petitioners Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC is for quashing of the summoning orders dated 12.4.2014 (P-3) passed by the learned JMIC,Ludhiana whereby the petitioners have been summoned as accused in a complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act,1881. Further prayer is for quashing of the order dated 9.1.2015(P-1) passed by the same Court whereby their application under Section 245 Cr.PC for discharging them has been dismissed. After hearing counsel for the petitioners this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.PC in the face of statutory remedy of filing a revision available to the petitioners under the Criminal Procedure Code.

For the reason stated above, present petition stands dismissed.
