H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners and not to harass them at the instance of respondents No. 4 to 6.

The petition is disposed of with direction to SP District Sirsa, to look into the grievance of the petitioners and to take necessary measures to ensure that life and liberty of the petitioners is not jeopardized at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 6 or persons claiming under them.

However, this order shall not validate the marriage between the parties and shall not have save them from any civil or criminal action to which the petitioners may be liable, under the law. ( H.S.
