Further prayer is for quashing of summoning order dated 14.5.2015(P-8) passed by learned CJM,Kurukshetra. After hearing counsel for the petitioners this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.PC in the face of statutory remedy of filing a revision available to the petitioner under the Criminal Procedure Code.

For the reason stated above, present petition stands dismissed.
