This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking prearrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 42 dated 04.04.2012 under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act and under section 22/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Division No. 2 district Jalandhar. Stand of counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner surrendered before the trial court pursuant to order dated July 31, 2017. However, State counsel submits that petitioner has again been declared a proclaimed offender on 09.01.2018.

In view of above, no case for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is made out. Dismissed.
