Vide order dated 20.03.2024 notice was issued to the appellant. As per the office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back unserved with the report that the Society is said to have been wound up many years ago. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
