In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to conduct the investigation, expeditiously, on the representations dated 04.05.2017 (Annexures P-3 and P-4) in a fair and proper manner and to take legal action against private respondents No. 4 and 5, by registering FIR under the relevant provisions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali, is directed to decide the representation dated 04.05.2017 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner.

In view of the above, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali, is directed to look into the matter and decide the representation dated 04.05.2017 (Annexure P-4), moved by the petitioner in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to him within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
