STATE OF HARYANA & ORS ....... RESPONDENTS CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY TEWARI ***

1. Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?
3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) By this petition the petitioner is making a claim of harassment against respondent No.3. Learned counsel states that in this connection the petitioner has moved a representation dated 08.08.2015(Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2 and at this stage he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to look into the said representation and take necessary action thereon. I find this to be a fair statement.
Resultantly this petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into representation(Annexure P-2) and take whatever action he deems necessary thereon within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Since the main case has been decided, the Criminal Misc. Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
