NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Mr. K.L. Saini, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6, i.e. parents and maternal uncle of petitioner No. 2-Alisha. He submits that since morning the private parties were interacting with each other and it has been agreed that private respondents shall perform the marriage of Alisha with Tarun Kumar (petitioner No. 1) as per their customs. He further submits that the petitioners shall not be harassed or maltreated in any manner. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition at this stage.

Disposed of accordingly.
