Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against State of Punjab and other respondents for issuance of direction to conduct the enquiry and investigation of the scandal from Crime Branch or any other senior IPS of Punjab Police or any other independent agency except Mohali Police.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that no complaint/representation has been filed by the petitioner before the competent authority. Therefore, the petitioner without approaching the competent authority, has directly come to this Court.
