RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the enquiry report dated 27.1.2015 (Annexure P-6) has been prepared by the Superintendent of Police (Investigation), Hoshiarpur and the petitioner will be satisfied in case the competent authority is directed to take appropriate action on the said enquiry report.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed of, with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Nawan Shahr (Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar) to take an appropriate action on the enquiry report dated 27.1.2015 and dispose of the matter at an early date, in accordance with law. Disposed of, accordingly.
