Learned state counsel, on instructions from HC Gurpreet Singh, contended that petitioner No.2-Gurnam Singh has already joined investigation and he is not required any more for further custodial investigation. Accordingly, petitioner No.2-Gurnam Singh is ordered to be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition for bail qua petitioner No.1-Satnam Singh and the same stands dismissed having been withdrawn qua Satnam Singh. Petition stands disposed of.
