(ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.56 dated 22.04.2020 registered under Sections 452,323, 506,148,149,188,179 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station Sadar, Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. A Coordinate Bench, on 11.06.2020, passed the following order:

"Inter alia submits that Section 307 IPC injury is not attributable to the petitioner. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the investigation and get all recoveries made. Notice of motion for 21.8.2020.

In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to join investigation with the Investigating Officer on 24.6.2020 at 10.00 a.m. and cooperate therewith. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO concerned subject to his ISHWAR SINGH 2020.09.25 04:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 11.06.2020 passed by the Coordinate Bench, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Amandeep Kaur, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

Mr. Umesh Aggarwal, Advocate appearing for the complainant pointed out that it was not his intention to say that Section 307 IPC injury has been attributed to the petitioner. Therefore, he prays to withdraw his statement made on 21.08.2020.

Ordered accordingly.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 11.06.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 25.09.2020 (HARNARESH SINGH GILL) ishwar JUDGE Whether reasoned/speaking?
