The following order was passed on 13.05.2026: "Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge, the pension of the petitioners has been refixed on higher wages, as they were drawing as on 01.01.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the amount on account of arrears has still not been released, although there was a specific direction by the learned Single Judge to release the benefits of enhanced pension.

When this Court was about to proceed in the matter as prima-facie there is non compliance of the judgment of the learned Single Judge, learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently prayed that last opportunity be granted to the respondent to submit compliance report regarding the abovesaid aspect.
