The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.199 dated 17.07.2020 registered under Sections 302, 323, 324 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, however, Sections 326, 341, 34, IPC were added later on, at Police Station Shakot, District Jalandhar Rural (Annexure P-1). By order dated 01.07.2021, this Court ordered hearing of the present petition with CRM-M-43315 of 2020.

Though CRM-M-43315 of 2020 has been filed by an accused in FIR which bears the same number, date and district, but it pertains to different police station and is based on totally different set of allegations.
